Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a change of mind.

Condition

Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.

How to return

Email contact@elirati.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Statutory rights are not affected.

Promotional bundles

For “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” or similar offers, all items in the promotion must usually be returned together to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
